How much time does it trim off your brew day as opposed to the more conventional homebrew systems?

I'm not sure. My favorite thing about brewing is the ability to lose track of time completely. All I know for sure is that it takes a lot of strain off my back not having to lift sparge water to dump into the mash tun anymore
