Sanitizer

I know that Star San is a no rinse sanitizer. If I don't rinse off my bottles, will it effect the conditioning of my beer? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Don't rinse them.  If you do then they won't be sanitized anymore.  ;)

The sanitizer works because organisms can't survive in such a low pH.  The beer will dilute the tiny amount of sanitizer stuck to the bottle so it won't be an issue.

Never had a problem with it.  I put them in the bucket for a couple minutes, and then hang them on my bottle tree to drain.

majorvices:
There is no need to rinse star san. I put my bottle in the dishwasher (recently run and clean, obviously) upside down to let them drain.
