Sorry...I was basing this on the formerly published recipe from Vinnie. I think Amarillo will make for a better hop character anyway.

quite alright, don't even know when or why he changed it. Would love to hear about that. But I believe he was always using it in the Younger.  I was merely trying to compliment your tastes.

+1 on that. I just sampled an IPA I've been keg hopping with 2 oz Simcoe for the last week. Truly a great aroma hop! Smells like I just walked into a floral shop!
