May be a silly question but why you do not want to buy it from Macromatic?
They have FL distribution.
They are not providing a lot of info to search on if looking somewhere else.
Part # is most likely their part number.
So what you have left is:
"Quad Ring Inlet Seal" and
"Stem Quad Ring"
No dimensions thou.

reason why is that is the ONLY thing I need from micromatic at the moment thus it will cost me $6 in shipping +tax, whereas I need a few things from McMaster Carr already, which would substantially cut down the shipping cost.

Can you measure the old one and cross it by size here?

Where is that O-ring used? Between the regulator and tank?

yeah - it is inlaid in the stem that connects the regulator to the tank.
the only one I have right now is in use, so I'll have to wait until my tank kicks to take a measurement.
my other regulators all use the nylon disc.
