Appearance: Pitch black body with a minimal head in the brandy snifter. Head color was light brown.
Aroma: This was a fantastic smelling beer. Got a lot of dark chocolate and and hints of caramel malts. For the most part, it smelled like a mocha!
Taste: Bittersweet chocolate in the front. Mild bitterness in the middle and back end which was complimented with slight malty caramel taste. Finish had some alcohol present, but wasn't off putting.
Overall: Just a great imperial stout. I wish it had a little more coffee in the taste, but I maybe getting a little picky there...

Mokah is one of ST's better "back burner" series beers. I agree that it's a very tasty coffee/chocolate imperial stout.

I did like this one. I did taste the coffee, hopefully caffeinated, to offset the 11%! So far, the ST I like the best. Tried farmer's tan also...it was ok, need a second try to tell if I like it or not, I was trying a few...
