Road Trip: Beers, Brewers and Tornadoes

Award-winning homebrewer Jamil Zainsheff lives in Elk Grove, Calif. He is the co-author of Brewing Classic Styles and the newly released book Yeast, and a two-time Ninkasi Award winner at the National Homebrew Competition. He hosts "The Jamil Show" on The Brewing Network and is a member of the AHA governing committee.
