Is this event already full? I tried to RSVP but the event isn't listed in the pull-down on the registration form...

Kathryn Porter Drapeau 12.15.10

I've updated the drop down so you can RSVP. Thanks!

Tommy McCormick 01.04.11

We will have 4 people in our group. I have tried to RSVP a couple times, but never get any confirmation or acknowledgment I am registered. Am I supposed to receive tickets, email, of anything?

Kent Greene 01.19.11

Is the date for the Asheville rally correct...Thursday February 24?

Kathryn Porter Drapeau 01.19.11

Yes; it is. Charlie Papazian is scheduled to be in town that week and he wanted to be involved in an event where he could meet with local homebrewers. We hope you can make it!

Kathryn Porter Drapeau 01.19.11

RSVP confirmations were sent today. I'll send them weekly until the event.

Bill Lynch 01.20.11

A few members of our club have asked if membership whether current or signed up at the door is a pre-requisite for attendence.

Kathryn Porter Drapeau 01.20.11

Bill, yes. The event is open to current AHA members. Non-members must join to attend. If a current member would like to bring a spouse or partner, living at the same address, that member can upgrade to our Family membership level for $5/year left on the membership.

William Landry 02.04.11

A friend and I RSVPd several weeks ago. We haven't gotten a confirmation, Kathryn.

Walter Housel 02.18.11

I rsvp'ed today. Its not too late is it?

Jerry Housewright 02.18.11

Kathryn I've already signed up as a member. How can I tell if it's an individual or family? If it's an individual can I up grade to family?

Kathryn Porter Drapeau 02.18.11

William - I have you on the list. Your confirmation email might have gotten sent to your junk or spam folder. That's all I can think of. You'll have to email me directly with your friend's name if you want me to check on that one.

Kathryn Porter Drapeau 02.18.11

Walter - it's not too late to RSVP. Thanks for checking.

Kathryn Porter Drapeau 02.18.11

Jerry - you can tell based on what you paid. An Individual AHA membership is $38 for one year (or $33 at an AHA Rally). The Family membership is $43. Yes, you can upgrade to the Family membership at the Rally; it's $5/yr left on your membership.
