Hop Woo IPA+

This copper-colored beer has a fair bit of hops. The beer is well balanced by the nice floral notes of the Centennial hops and the herbal flavors of the Columbus. With 83 IBUs, you can be sure this will pack plenty of flavor! Recipe from Zymurgy September/October 2010 Issue (pg. 27)
