Fairly busy brewing weekend. Brewing a batch of Denny's Rye IPA tomorrow. Need to transfer a couple beers to new kegs and also keg up a couple. Fun times! :0)

Plan is to bottle the Flanders red, help neighbor close pool, and if the weather holds up, do some general chain saw related yard alterations.

My Novemberfest ( Oktoberfest started too late ) may be ready to keg this weekend.  Also, 2 more taps for the kegerator being delivered today, so I may hook up the lines.  Mix this in with closing the pool for the season and going to the Red Sox - Toronto game on Sunday (yippee  ::) ), there will probably be no time for brewing  :'(

Probably bottling an Oktoberfest and a Tripel on Saturday.

Brewing a Saison-Brett on Sunday.

Just kegged the newest version of my APA last night, so I'll at least be drinking it this weekend. ;)

Just wrapped up a batch of Amber. We recently had a party and drained several kegs. Time to get into a once a week brew schedule to replenish the supplies!

Hosted a learn-to-brew party for 8 folks.  We brewed a 20 gallon extract batch of IPA with Columbus, Amarillo, Cascade, and Simcoe hops.  We also brewed a 20 gallon all grain batch of the White House Honey Porter.  I wanted to show the crew what a mash looked like, so we converted the President's extract recipe to all grain, including adjustments to the hopping for a full wort boil.  It was a good day.  Having them back over for a tasting in about a month.
