Some sort of Pale ale or Bitter. I want this one to be lighter- around the 10 SRM range. Have access to RO water now so sub-20 beers are possible now.

Fawcett & Sons Golden Promise for base malt. Maybe some 10L and a touch of 60L. Maybe...

Have Fuggles, Goldings and N. Brewer. Hmmm...

IIPA on Saturday or Sunday.  Yum.  How long should one age a IIPA?  It's going to be around 8% I think, maybe a little more and about 86 IBU's.  I'm thinking it doesn't need too much aging since you want the hop aroma to be fresh.

Guys, I don't know when this hefeweizen is going to get done.  I'm in Miami now and most likely will be next week too.  Way too much going on right now for brewing. :(

LOL I Love that episode!  Maybe I'll give the IIPA a couple more weeks than I normally would a regular strength beer.  Or I'll give it the same time, but just condition it for longer than I normally do in the keg.

I'll be racking a Maibock to lager Friday night, and brewing a Munich Helles on Saturday or Sunday.  I got the starter for the Helles going earlier today.

JZ's California Common from Brewing Classic Styles this Sunday.
Will brew to the T, but may subtract 1 lb. of base malts to make it even more sessionable.

It isn't the weekend, but I will finally be able to brew something on the 17th or 18th.  I am thinking either Denny's RIPA or Bavarian Hefeweizen.  I have to get a starter going on Monday and give it enough time to finish out.

Just mashed in a tripel.  I'm doing a series of light colored beers in an attempt to learn more about water treatment.

Finished the ESB a half hour ago.  5 hours start to finish.  Love those simple English beers.

Did a Brown Ale yesterday. Diluted with 25% RO and added 0.25 gr calcium chloride to the boil. Next is a pale beer with 75% RO.

Brewed the hefeweizen, Used the shirron chiller.  It worked pretty well, but I have to play with the cold water flow to get the right heat transfer.  I underpitched, on purpose and will ferment at 62-65F.  I will not be home to monitor the progress, which is worrisome, but what the hey RDWHAHB, right?

That's almost like brewing with no pants but not quite.
