Title: Best place to buy Johnson Digital controller?
Post by: vanwolfhausen on May 24, 2010, 01:40:53 PM
Having hard time finding them on ebay that are already wired up.  Is it hard to wire them yourself with power cords?

I recently ordered one on Amazon (shipped from The Beverage Factory) but it ended up getting back ordered and didn't look like it was going to show up any time soon so I canceled and ordered one from Northern Brewer.

That is what I will do then.  Now I have my kegerator spliced with a refridgerator module.  Can I plug my kegerator into controller or do I have to turn it back into a freezer first?

I think you should always support your LHBS.  With that said I built a two stage temp controller for the price of a single.  It's very easy and it works great.  Plus its fun to make your own.  Check this link out.
