That goes double for the Pumpkin Spice Latte that has people coming out in droves this time of year.

i do love me some pumpkin pie or pumpkin bread...that's as far as I go pumpkin.

I brewed a few in the early years after I started brewing . I just hit the wall all of a sudden with that much spice in my beer. Haven't had one in over ten years. Can't stand it now.

Once upon a time I swore I would never brew a sour. They're kinda my favorite now. But im safe in saying I will never brew a punkin beer. It aint happening, jinx or not.

I personally love a good lightly spiced pumpkin beer
I just kegged a roasted sweet potato and maple syrup Belgian that I fermented with the Bruery's house yeast strain...I think it is pretty damn amazing

FWIW, my tastes aren't any better than someone who likes any type of beer - just my preference. I'm sure it's a great beer. Cheers !

I kill my pumpkin ale in maybe a month every year. Brewing that tomorrow, actually. Hopefully tapping it for the World Series.
But it made me laugh too. Some are downright undrinkable.

My sentiments, exactly! I'm sure there are great pumpkin beers, but they're just not for me. The only part of the pumpkin I care to eat is the seeds when they've been roasted.
