Title: Great Opportunity to GO PRO

Hello,

I own a great location, minutes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor and Harbor East, and I am interested in assisting someone opening up a first class Brewery.  Place is built out, was a Bostons Pizza Franchise, is 7700 Sq Ft (could be subdivided), plus has high ceiling to accommodate a brewing operation.  Additionally, I have access to a large 30+ Barrel Commercial Brewing System.   Looking for a professional who wants to "GO Pro", but needs financial help.   Serious inquiries only.

Also,  any suggestions or help, on where to find someone looking to open a BrewPub?
