Title: EP 3:One of the most high-quality DIY brewing systems I have seen. The Beer Barn
Post by: colterwilson on September 12, 2019, 04:26:55 PM
Jim has one of the most high-quality DIY systems I have seen in the wild. He built his "Barn" himself and dug out his cellar by hand and makes amazing beer. We talk to him about all of those subjects. Check out the podcast. Note we are now on Apple Podcasts and most services. Let me know if there is one missing.

Amazing that he dug that cellar out for brewing. I love that kind of dedication. Most commercial breweries won't go anywhere near that far!

His beers are amazing very traditionally made and his lagers and Belgian styles are on another level.
