Title: how do I start my own club?

I started brewing at the beginning of the pandemic.  Things are kinda opening a bit, so I figured now's the time to start meeting more brewers!  I checked and there's no clubs in my immediate area.  There's a small brewery in the neighborhood that would probably support and host initial meetings.  how do I do this?
