<bugle>The weekly roll call is live</bugle>
What's your brewing plans for the weekend?
Me I'm finally going to keg up that Scottish Saison, carbonate the regular Saison and get a move on to have some time to check the Buyer's Remorse. (Man, this house buying thing takes forever!)
-
I think I'm finally going to keg my oaked RIS.... also plan to work on the kegerator project time permitting.
-
I got my garage/brewery plumbing done and I'll be brewing Herman Holtrop's Rochefort clone recipe to celebrate and pay off my plumber!
-
I thought I'd finally get around to brewing my Bastogne Golden Blonde (http://brewlog.zkdigital.com/index.php?page=brewBlogDetail&filter=geoff&id=205) since my club's competition, Biere de Rock (http://bierederock.rockhoppersbrewclub.com) - an all Belgian and French ale homebrew contest, is in early December.
Fall is an awesome time to brew here in the Rocky Mountain region!

Finally installing the proper braided stainless steel supply hose in my mash tun and then its time for a stab at everyone's favorite- BLACK IPA!
And hopefully getting a chest freezer.... assuming I sell my digital picture frame.
-
I might get around to making the RIS I was supposed to make last weekend, since I spent last weekend building the shelves in the garage that I was supposed to build the weekend before . . .
-
Brewing up my first Denny recipe on Sunday, Waldo Lake Amber Ale, and tapping a young ESB.
-
Kegging 10 gallons of Oatmeal Stout I brewed on labor Day. Cheers!!!
-
I am going to bottle my Irish Red and brew an Oatmeal Stout.
-
Traveling Sunday - going to New England to see some Fall weather and drink some regional/local craft beer!
-
I am going to bottle my Irish Red and brew an Oatmeal Stout.
What a coincidence!! I brewed an Irish Red a month & a half ago & used the yeast for the Oatmeal Stout I'm kegging this weekend. Weird!!! :o
-
Irish Stout tastefully seasoned with the Brewing Science CL-240 Dry Irish Stout yeast
-
Saturday . . .
11 gallons of Schlitz.
-
No brewing this weekend. But I will be getting started building my chest freezer kegerator. AND, I'll be hosting an Oktoberfest party. Prosit!
-
Brewing my bohemian dark beer again.
I even do not have to change signature ;)
-
Nothing this weekend. Hopefully bottling my Oktoberfest. Better late than never and the extra lagering I'm sure didn't hurt anything.
-
Not brewing this weekend but we are hosting Oktoberfest for, going on 70 people, Saturday night. 8^)

-
Time to brew a Christmas ale.
-
I'm going to tap my rye saison this evening and brew a Belgian single tomorrow afternoon.
Edit: I changed my mind and decided on a dubbel instead.
-
I should brew my winter strength house amber. I'm actually not working this weekend, yay! ;D
-
bottling a batch of rye IPA. have the house to myself tonight so can take over the kitchen and not rush things.
-
Just finished doing an all grain 'Winter Spice Beer'.
-
Heating the mash water now-6.45am for a Orvalish brew :D
-
Kegging the Simco IPA from 2 weeks ago. Nothing this weekend, but next weekend............................. ;D
-
Just added the dry hops to a batch of Denny's Rye IPA. Getting ready to start brewing a Premium Bitter today.
-
Think I'll sneak another batch in today ;D ;D
All Chinook pale.
-
Doing an English brown ale as my first all grain batch. I can't wait to get started. Cooler mash tun is made and I'm going to try recirculating ice water through my IC to chill. It will all go well as long as I don't get any phone calls from work >:( ...
-
Brewed the amber ale. Nice, smooth, uneventful brewday. First time I've brewed this recipe in a couple of years. Used to be the house beer. It was my first all grain recipe, way back when. My efficiency is much better now. :D Making fajitas for dinner tonight, but that's another thread. ;)
-
I know this is a little too late for an Oktoberfest marzen but it's currently lagering at 46 degrees. All I care about is it being done for my halloween party.
