Title: How do I post a profile picture/avatar?

What do I have to do in order to be able to post my avatar picture like I use for the other forums?

Click on "Profile" in the top menu bar
then under the "Modify Profile" links on the left
click on "Forum Profile Information"
It should be evident from there.
