Title: Cowgirl's Country Life
Post by: roguejim on October 26, 2010, 10:23:19 am
I was going to put this link in the BBQ thread, but decided it might get buried there.

I wonder how many proposals this gal has received?  Check out her homemade smokehouse.

The smoke house needs an additional shelf to smoke some malt with the pork.
I'm making scalloped potatoes and pork chops for dinner now!

She's in Texas somewhere too! I've got a head start on all y'all suckers!

The pics of her property and the windmill pond take me back to bird-huntin' with my dad down in Hamilton, TX. The landscape and all the mesquite trees sure do bring back memories. I think once the Rangers wrap up the WS, it's time to take my three year old out to the country and introduce him to Central Texas' beauty. 3

This blog is getting bookmarked as soon as I get home, then it's time to find a source for whole hogs to put together that cinder block cooker she built.
