Title: New Brewers Association 2011 Beer Style Guidelines
Post by: hamiltont on January 12, 2011, 09:40:42 PM
Here's the link. http://www.brewersassociation.org/attachments/0000/5183/BA_2011_Beer_Style_Guidlines.pdf (http://www.brewersassociation.org/attachments/0000/5183/BA_2011_Beer_Style_Guidlines.pdf)

Just a cursory look through.  Am I understanding the new guidelines for the Bock & Doppelbock. Seems like it would be quite difficult to tell the difference, and such a narrow OG range for the Doppelbock??  Cheers!!!

Those are the Brewers Association guidelines, not the BJCP guidelines.  Those are the ones brewers use when entering the GABF.

These aren't BJCP guidelines.  Doesn't mean that they aren't interesting, but they are there for pro-brewers entering the GABF.
