Title: Hopeless?
Post by: jdawg on February 12, 2011, 12:30:56 AM
On January 18th I brewed a 60 min IPA clone, and put it in the fermenter.  Due to a family emergency I had to leave town, and it has now been on the trub 24 days... do you think it could still be good?  Or is it hopless?  I hope it can be salvaged as it was a pretty expensive brew and an involved process.

Thank you both.  After posting I did a better search through the forum, and came up with the same concensus.

where do you live? i will come take it from you before you hurt yourself ;D
3+ weeks on primary, not necessarily ideal for most brews but certainly nothing to worry about!

Hopeless. Bottle it up and send it to me for proper disposal.  ;D  You're good! Verify gravity and go!
