Congratulations! Do you have a pub or do you bottle/keg your beers? It would be fun to visit this summer since I live in Appleton, WI. :)

Very nice! Congrats!
Damn. I'm making the trip back to the USA for a family reunion which, for the first time since I can remember, isn't being held in Chippewa Falls. I still have a lot of family there including a beer-geeky cousin (who also owns a construction company, should you be in need). I'll be sure to pass on the word.

Congrats, and cool of you to be doing only lagers. I'm sure you've heard of Metropolitan in Chicago, that's doing the same thing. It's really helped them stand out in the crowd here.
*Edit: fixed typo

There is a new brewery in Ann Arbor, Wolverine, that is doing mainly lagers. We like them a lot, they have a wonderful Vienna on tap now. Tank space is already getting tight for them. That is good since they are selling a lot of beer, but not so good for getting the beer made.
Hope you have enough lagering tanks.

Congrats, Leos!

Hmmmm, Identity crisis? Are you Lazy or are you Thirsty (guess you could be both, huh?).

We started as Thirsty Monk Brewing but had to change the name.
So story goes like this:
He used to be thirsty.
Then he brew some beer and now he is Lazy.
Beer is good :)

Looks great, sounds tasty. I'll look for your products when we get up to WI.

I am taking a poll:
What tab handle you like the most?
1 is on left and 3 is on right.
I guess 2 is in the middle :)

#2

I'm partial to the wooden handles so I'll pick #3.
-
I like #3 as well.
-
#2 here
-
#3, then #2, then #1.
Leos, why not post this as an actual poll? :)

I will try to do the poll. Never thought about it.
-
Initially I liked #2 but then decided that that if #3's logo was moved to the top of the handle then that would be my choice. So I guess it's #4 for me.

Did it for you.
Ok, removed it from here since TM set up a separate thread.

#1.....the larger and louder the better. Most beer dudes walk in and look at the taps.....you want to get their attention.
