uthristy, what's the difference between the Castle and F-B pils that you need both?

I was at the excellent Free State Brewing Company in Lawrence KS today. They do a "Hopjack" ale from time to time that is the same malt bill and varying hop bills, usually a single variety. We walk in and, as usual, there are around 20 -30 people standing behind the bar seats and my wife gets Hopjack. I tasted it and guessed Columbus. When we snagged a seat and looked at the beer list, it was Falconer's Flight.
Not saying it was a ringer for Columbus as I kinda felt it was that or Simcoe, but maybe that gives you some idea of what it is like. Definitely American.

I've used FF on my last couple brews. it's got the tropical fruit character of Citra, the dankness of Columbus, the tangerine of Amarillo, the lemon of Centennial...a very nice American style hop combo.

Each of these have apparently been "hand selected" to give you all of those flavors. Yeah, hand selected...
Sounds mighty tasty nonetheless, aside from the silly marketing jargon.
