Title: Does anyone have an American Chemical Society membership?
Post by: nateo on April 15, 2011, 08:16:52 PM
It would save me a trip to the library if someone could help me out with this:
http://dx.doi.org/10.1021/jf104392y

It's an article on beer stability.

I just happened to pick up this paper on Friday, too.  It's very interesting research, if you are interested in the chemistry of hop flavor, and helps explain the changes in hoppy beers over time.

Bummer, it looks like the maximum number of downloads (10) was reached on the rapidshare link.  Could somehow rehost?  I'm super interested in taking a look at this.

You can usually avoid the copywrite infringement by emailing the author and asking for a copy.
That's how I get a lot of papers.
