Good one Denny. ;D

I like

"Here Lies <don't remember the name> Age 102 The Good Die Young "

and

"I am ready to meet my Maker. Whether my Maker is prepared for the great ordeal of meeting me is another matter." - Winston Churchill

My favoite two, both from Mark Twain:

Death is the starlit strip between the companionship of yesterday and the reunion of tomorrow.

&

The Impartial Friend: Death, the only immortal who treats us all alike, whose pity and whose peace and whose refuge are for all--the soiled and the pure, the rich and the poor, the loved and the unloved.

My wishes are clear I hope...

When I die, bury me upside-down, so the world can kiss my ass.

When I die, bury me upside-down, so the world can kiss my ass.

And if you're buried with said body part exposed, it can double as a bike parking rack :)

If I do it right there won't be enough left of me to bury.....or burn.

I've got a button which has a good epitaph for a brewer:

"I'm not aging, I'm fermenting."
