So I have 4 5 gallon pin lock kegs the I have been using but since I had to move the kegerator had to go bye bye. I want to keep my kegs but I may not use them for atleast a year or two. How should I prep them for storage any pointers?
Or should I not take the time and just sell them?

Clean, sanitize and pressurize.

Should I have any liquid with anything it when I pressurize or do I let it dry out?

I don't think it matters. IF you pressurize right after you sanitize, you,ll have some liquid left over but it shouldn't be anything to worry about.
I certainly wouldn't sell them. Prices keep going up for used kegs, so if you have space keep em.

Would starsan work for the sanitization can skittles stay in the keg when I pressurize?

iPhones there darn autocorrect can it stay* not skittles lol

I clean mine and turn upside-down and leave them. It doesn't matter. You're going to re-clean and re-sanitize them again before you use them. Just make sure there isn't any gunk left in them.
