Is there a way to "Search" a guestion on this board? I have a question that I am sure has been asked and I did not want to waste everyones time.

I seem to have an over CO2 issue with my beer.    I follow the recomended procedure.  Once a keg is over done can it be fixed?

Brewed a stout many many months ago.... Did not seem to ferment after 1 month still had had a gravity of 1032.  Brewed a new batch combined the two still sits at 1032...added a yeast starter and it still sits at 1032.... I would like to bottle this beer but Im afraid it will blow the tops off.....Alos would like to reuse the yeast for my next ALE...... What say you all?

Do you wait for the Final Gravity to reach its mark before you move beer out of primary, or is there a MAX number of days you will let the beer sit on the yeast?

I have been asked to bring  some home brew to a Grad party this summer.  I was thinking of a keg system. What are the pit falls? What is the best way to keep the beer cold?
