I'll probably run and get some dry yeast just in case, but FWIW it's Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale, starter was Light DME.

My problem is my Ranger's are heading to the post-season so I can't really lose focus on them.

Agree, this Twins-White Sox Pennant race could be fun...then hopefully a little October ball    8)

Looks like Green Bay is going to be the team to beat in the division, if not in the NFC. Vikes might make a wildcard if they can get their receivers back - and if they can keep Favre healthy.

I agree...Rodgers is primed to fight for an MVP.  That's a damn good team.

Season starts in a couple days, but I have my doubts the Vikings can do what they did last year.  And...the Gophers still suck, when is this team going to get any better?!?!?!?

You don't find Chuck Norris, he finds you
Chuck Norris can skip a stone under water
Chuck Norris can make a three sided square
Chuck Norris can alphabatize m&m's
Chuck Norris can watch a 60 minute TV episode in 22 seconds

I prefer the twelve ounce packaging, generally if it is a sixteen ounce serving my wife and I might split it between two ten ounce glasses.

This is another reason I like kegging (as a homebrewer, many times I give myself a 8-10 ounce pour as one or two of those are plenty for an average evening.

Like any tattoo site, it might not be safe for work viewing . . .

Wow, there are a couple of decent ones there, but it is amazing some of the s*** people will put on their bodies.

The Pub / Re: What's your favorite part of being a homebrewer?

Drinking it is pretty damn enjoyable, but mostly because recipe formulation is what I enjoy most and when a recipe works out, that is my favorite part.  The process is nice, but sometimes gets a bit daunting to me.

I am undecided still, but brewing none-the-less.

Toasted Rye Amber Ale
Harvest Pale Ale (wet hopped with homegrown cascades)
Double batch of brown ale, one with english yeast and 30ish IBU, the other with 1450 and dry hopped with Amarillo

I better figure it out soon

Siamese Moose Brewery

My cat, Moose, is Siamese.

His full name is Moose of Frostbite Falls. His brother, Squirrel (RIP), was Rocket J. Squirrel. And we now have Boris and Natasha.

Funny, my parents cats names are Boris, Dudley Do Right, Bullwinkle and their dog (RIP) was Rocky.

Very Simple: Blizzard Bewing
Problem is this time of the year it doesn't fit, but when my ketle is at full boil i the middle of January I remember why I use that moniker.

Sounds good to me, I would probably even use more.  20-25 IBU, but either way would be fine.
