If you look at the resistor the color bands on it will tell you what it is. From what I see orange black orange and possibly one more band.

I don't think the dunk sparge will work because of the temp. If your in the 148-157 your going to get more from your grains. At 168 your already past conversion temp and at the rinse temp. The squeezed method I've done and didn't see a problem but others might have.

As Euge said clean the knurls in the rollers. When they get gummed up they don't pull the grain through and you have problems.

They must of had a few problems. When I went back to review test it was cleared ended up having to take again. It looks like some test and quiz questions were getting interchanged? received a 15 happy with that.

9 out of 12.The last answer total bs but if you read the courses the Wikipedia link they have the answer is in there. So from now on I'll read all info 1st and watch videos 2nd before taking quiz.   

Hold a good magnet to it. If magnet sticks don't use has steel in it probably a 400 style stainless which can rust. You want a 300 series stainless.
