Yeast and Fermentation / Anyone have experience with A20 yeast?

I was given a test tube of a wild yeast called A20 by a friend who said it is great at bringing out citrus and fruit flavour in IPAs. I have a vision for a soapberry IPA   Any thoughts?

Equipment and Software / Czech malt mills

I came across a Czech brewing equipment site and wondered if any one had any experience with these malt mills I was think of the 80 kg per hour model as a club purchase or for a brewpub nano brewery

All Grain Brewing / Alcohol tolerance of wheat beer yeast

Recently I've been introduced to some high gravity German Wheat beers . Thee ones I've tasted have been crisp and refreshing with lots of clove aroma and the alcohol is a sneaky surprise lurking in the bottom of glass. Of course I want to make one I have had good success making Hiefiwiezen and Dunkelweizen with the Safale dry wheat beer yeast but wonder if  it is up to the task of fermenting a 8-9 % brew
