I contacted John on Thrusday and he gave me the same response that he posted here.

Thanks, I've seen a lot of Nashville, St.Louis and Indy. I wonder if they are being sent by the competition dates?

Homebrew Competitions / Still waiting on NHC Entry email.
« on: February 11, 2016, 03:44:32 PM »
Is anyone else still waiting on their NHC entry email? I applied to the Philly site (plus 2 back up sites) and I've yet to hear if my entries were accepted. I know that the emails were staggered this year but its been a few days and I'm getting a little worried there is a problem. I've tried contacting the Comp directors but have yet to hear back. Thanks for anyone's insight.

Not seeing any email. Is there a place to check to verify if you got in or not? Or are they still sending out notifications and I should be patient?

So I'm not the only one; it appears they are staggering the emails to not overwhelm the servers. I'd give it another day then check with the NHC/Janis.

Are different emails are sent for different site? I haven't received an email for Philly.

Thanks for the advice, if I had sent it out Tuesday or Wednesday I would have had no problem with 2 day but the only option was a Saturday delivery and I wasn't sure of the Breweries hours on Saturday.

Thanks, it's was a major spurge but I was either that or FedEx Ground which would have arrived Monday. Four days on a truck was a bit too much in the June heat.

Has anyone had a problem with sending your beers with Overnight Shipping? I shipped my entries Overnight FedEx, I'm not too worried about breakage just pressure change during transit. I'm sure it's fine just a bit nervous for the Final Round.
