I really doubt it stalled. You're most likely done. Especially using US-05.

Kegging and Bottling / Re: Epoxy Mixers in the Dip Tube ?

I'm trying to carb a beer to 25 PSI at 43F.

I think thats more likely to be the problem  are you also serving at 25 psi?  most people serve around 10-15, and thats about the right pressure for normal carbonation at around 40 degrees

at 25 lbs, as soon as the beer leaves that pressure, its going to realease a lot of co2 and cause foaming regardless of how slowly you can pour it

could he just be talking about by volume?    3 oz of pellets probably take up the same space as a quarter oz of whole.  I don't have that book though

This is late, but I just had a lightbulb moment!!!

next time I do this I'm going to have a hose coming out of my airlock (like a skinny blowoff tube) thats connected to some kind of variable volume bag. The bag will be filled with CO2, and allow co2 exchange in and out of the fermenter. right now for a bag i'm thinking that a wine bladder might work well. also those collapsable cube containers that some of the online HB store sells might work.

I have one in my back yard I planted and can't remember the variety. It is now known to me as "Raritan Valley."

On the banks of the old raritan!!!     ;)

go for it, getting it in the ground this year really increases the chance you'll get something next year

this should be a thread titled "What can you carb?"

I've been thinking about making iced coffee with cream and sugar, then carbing it

there was a welding shop on route 1 I used to go to. I can't remember what it was called though.

Perhaps Kennedy Welding Supplies in Trenton?  I've used them and I was very happy with the service

i was under the impression that munich barely had the DP to convert itself.  so probably no,   maybe yes if you mashed a very long time
