Would it be beneficial to dry hop in the primary once fermentation is complete and then rack to a secondary to clarify the beer?  I should be ready to dry hop this weekend, thanks to all for the advice.

I'm looking to dry hop with pellet hops in my secondary glass carboy (5 gallon). 
1. What is the best procedure to do this, should I use a musslin hop bag or just drop them into the carboy and then siphion out the beer into a keg once the dry hopping is done? 
2. After I dry hop do I have to let the beer sit and condition again before I keg the beer?  If so can I siphion the beer and let it just sit in the keg?
3.  Does dry hopping make the beer cloudy after the process is complete?
4.  How long should you dry hop?  I'm dry hopping a pale ale with Cascade hops, I was planning on a 7 day dry hop?

Also whith kegging?  Should i turn off the C02 tank if the beer on tap is not going to be used for a week or so or should you keep the C02 tank open?

I just got a Kegerator with a double tap and I plan to use 2 5 Gallon kegs.  Is it best to use one C02 bottle with a double regulator set up or two seperate C02 bottles and two regulators?

It ir really worth using Irish moss when boiling the wort?  Does it affect the taste in any way?

Any idea on how much gains will fit in a large muslin bag?  The place I got it from stated 3 - 5 lbs.  I bought two large muslin bags, would I be able to add the grains to mash into one large bag or even separate the gains in two different bags to make sure I have room for the grains to swell? I have about 5lbs of grains to mash.

This is the first time I'm brewing a Partial mash recipe, when mashing the grain (steeping) is it best to use a large Muslin bag or just ad the grains in the water and use a strainer to collect the grains after the mash?

Ingredients / Using DME for Bottle Priming?

I have a recipe that calls for 1 1/4 cup of Extra light DME for bottling after fermentation is complete.  Is DME better for priming instead of priming sugar (Corn Sugar 1lb)?  What is the difference in using DME or priming sugar for bottling?
