I've done US-05 down to 58 with no problems. Slightly slower than normal but still churns through. Some people may have gone lower but 58 is what I've done. I think it makes an incredibly clean beer at and under 60.

What I like about the checklist is that it provides a common vocabulary for all the judges, so it eliminates the vagaries of terminology. I once read a scoresheet where the judge described a beer as "tanky". WTF does that mean? The checkboxes eliminate that, or at least cut it down since the judge would have to write that kind of comment separately.
Man, I haven't been this sick in years. Soar throat. Major lung congestion. High fever. Still haven't gotten better. Started feeling feverish before I left PA. Anyone else get sick? I keep going back to that glass washing station in Hospitality Room. Used it 2 or 3 times and then started having doubts about its sanitation.
had mostly lost my voice by the end of Pro Night. Then I had Moonlight's habanero mead which was tasty but pretty much the last thing my throat needed. After the typical airport nonsense I finally made it home last night. Sore, exhausted, but smiling.I think I had a noise hangover from Pro-Brewers Night. My friend had a decibel app that he said was pretty accurate compared to a real one he has at work. It registered 102.
No matter how many times I washed my hands I still picked up a cold! Dangit!!!
Me too.... Thanks again for the shirt!
I'm getting excited to actually meet you mooks face to face for the first time and enjoy tipping a few with ya!
For some reason, people are a lot less impressed after they actually meet me....
