All Grain Brewing / Using a hop bag.

New To all grain brewing, I recently picked up a keggle and I seen a DIY on a hop bag that’s hangs from the top. It works great. Problem is I don’t seem to be getting the hop flavor I was getting in extract. Is this from the bag?

Second, if you have a recipe that calls for flame out hopping, how long do you leave your hop bag in before chilling?

Kegging and Bottling / Perlick creamer faucet

I can upgrade from a Perlick faucet to a Perlick Creamer faucet  for about $ 4.00 when I order my keg set up. Is it worth it? I'm going with a two faucet set up and thinking of going with both of them  as creamers or should one be regular? Thanks Ed

Wyeast 3789-PC Trappist Blend.  Im working with this yeast also. What is Brett? It was listed in the instructions. Must be in the yeast?

Yeast and Fermentation / Floater in my yeast starter

This is my first yeast starter, and after two days I now have white clumps floating around in it. I used 2 liters water, 6 oz of DME and wyeast. Is this normal? Can I still use it?
