I mounted my two main pumps on my brew stand underneath a piece of expanded metal, but I also have a third pump for my CIP system on my fermenters that I built a small stand for similar to sabco's chill wizard just an 8x8 piece of diamond plate with some feet on it and a carry handle that has a waterproof switch box, works great.

Good information, I have seen people put bleeder valves on the outlet side of the pump to pop that air bubble simply by adding a T and another valve.

Stack o' pallets worked great for me, then I took some 12" sq tile and covered the slats, worked great.

hook up a black qd to your gas line and blow back down the liquid line to clear it.  it is easier if you have swivel fittings on all your hoses.

My LHBS has them for about 70 bucks, make sure you get the ATC refrac (automatic temperature correction)

I use the BG 10 and the BG 12 burners from Bayou Classic on my system (10 gallon) and they work beautifully.  I don't use them at full power either.  With a 30 psi regulator, they're supposed to pump out 55k BTU.

I agree with Tom, but if that doesn't fix your problem, it could be that #7 has worn out a little bit and the hole is bigger it used to be letting beer leak by.

Ah hell a 1/2 bbl keggle is just fine for doing 10g's.  I like a solenoid controlled propane system though.

I would definitely recommend icing the kegs.

If you have the ability to do it, either buy or build a keggle.  That way you're not buying a pot now and another pot later when you decide you want to do 10 gallon batches.
