Right now, I have a 22oz of the following Imperial Stouts

Oak Aged Yeti
Chocolate Yeti
Espresso Oak Aged Yeti
Dark Intrigue (Storm King Stout aged in Maker's Mark Bourbon Barrels)

When I have something big to celebrate, I am going to have a couple beer people over for a side by side tasting of all 4....

1 fermenter is fine. I don't think you need a secondary fermenter until you start doing secondary fermentations (fruit/souring). Don't worry about how much the specific gravity changes (unless you are calculating abv), just make sure it is stable for 3-5 days. Once you bottle, you don't necessarily need to put it back in the fridge (in fact, I would recommend against it, so you can put another batch in the fridge) you can leave it out at warmer temperatures, so it can carbonate faster. I have a dark closet that is about 70 which is where I keep all my bottles until they go in the fridge to chill for serving.

Keep asking questions, and we will keep answering!

All Grain Brewing / Re: Efficiency and Recipe Design

say youre using .75lb of roasted barley so you decide to jack it up to 1lb, that would affect the "appearance" of the hops would it not? The .75 would allow for more hop influence while the 1lb would be more overpowering.

I think you are overthinking this. I also raise the amount of every grain in order to maintain the proportion from the original recipe. If you are rinsing less sugar from the grain, wouldn't you also rinse less other soluble flavoring agents? If you really want to, you can do an experiment. I have never done a side by side comparison, but I haven't noticed differences.

I would simply dry hop and forget about it. I dry hop almost all of my pale beers, and the dry hops give their own haze. I honestly wouldn't even rack it to secondary. Just toss the dry hops in, close the fermenter back up, and give it 7 days (or whatever the recipe says) and bottle. The little bit of haze you might get isn't that big of a deal.
