I have had my stout in the secondary now for 4 weeks and it is still bubbling. I tasted and smelled it and it seemed fine. Should I just let it go? Yeast was Wyeast 1084.
 OG 1.070
 In to secondary 2 weeks later 1.021
 Checked 4 weeks in secondary 1.016

When rehydrating dry yeast and with Go-Ferm Protect do you still need to add a yeast nutrient to the boil?

I would like to know how to use Gelatin Finings. I have a Pliny the Elder in the secondary and with all the dry hops I'm afraid I will not be able to get them all to settle out. Any info on the proper procedure that will help will be greatly appreciated.
