What kind of attenuation numbers are you guys getting with WLP007? The last two times I used it, it didn't finish as low as I wanted.
I do not have my records with me but I have never had a problen with this yeast finishing a beer.

I have done an ESB,Pale Ale, and Brown Ale using these two yeasts at the same time. My wife and I prefered the 007 for all of them. The 007 gives you a maltier beer and the 002 a bit of fruit. Both are excellent just a matter of preference. Good luck!

Am I the only one that likes English IPA's? Challenger,Fuggle, and East Kent Goldings make for an excellent IPA.

I froze a couple kegs this winter while Lagering in my travel trailer. Both beers were great.

I was shocked when one of my beers finished at 1.004. I had this beer around for a long tome. Tasted great.

WLP 005 is the fruitiest English strain I have used. Five days in you need to rouse this yeast. Good luck!

Judges do not score IPA's well that are not expreme. If your near the bottom of IBU's and did not dry hop with 6 oz It cant be an IPA right?

I think this is a solid APA. I bought a six and enjoyed them all. I will not go out of my way to buy this beer but if I see it on tap I'm in.

There would be nothing wrong with using 100% Munich for your Ale.
