I went with a taprite 742. Looked real nice and I love the knob option on the front as opposed to the screw.

I will denny. My hunch now is something to do with the gas/regulator leak maybe over carbing. This has been about a year now with bad beer. Been a tough one for sure. Im certain my brewing process is perfect. Copper only touched my wort when chilling

Tasted fine when I took a theif of it. I kegged in a 3 days later the off flavor kicked in
