Check out Brewcraft (North Country malt) and LD Carlson. In spite of what you carry homebrewers will want something different. You can never have too many suppliers.

Guess that is the tip of the iceberg that big beer is going to use. If it works look for it to show up in other states.

Add it to the secondary and then bottle or transfer to keg when you get the taste you want. You could add the coconut in a bag. Boil only the bag to sanitize it, add your coconut put it in the secondary and fish it out when it tastes how you want it.

Hang in there is a lot more beer to drink!

Some we encountered, are a "solid" surface parking lot, enough bathrooms for customers, customer safety things (disability access, exits and lights), city and state permits for building use (include an architect).

Shoot! Now I know and it is too late now. ;) 2 months for that beer in the picture is a bit long for a production brewery, my opinion.

Going Pro / Re: Pros (or wannabes) - Propane or NG
« on: February 06, 2014, 11:47:38 AM »
Our 7 bbl system uses Natural gas. I don't think I would go with propane unless I had to. It all depends on the building your in, costs of installing NG line to the building vs. the cost of buying a couple 1000 gallon propane tanks. I know at my home when NG came through they wanted $1800 to run a gas line to my house.
