Thanks again for the advice I am just scared of screwing my beer up.

RDWHAHB!!! Beer is VERY forgiving, and a lot harder to screw up than you might think, especially if you're doing extract brews.

And even IF you do happen to screw it up slightly, it will still be beer, and therefore great cause you made it!

We're pretty lucky in the sense that we have a member who runs a print store and so has the whole plastic credit card setup. In fact, he uses those as his tags that he attaches to his kegs.

One thing we do, just for CYA purposes, is the back of the card is also printed with a disclaimer about consumption and being an idiot. I have no clue if it has any standing legally, but it's there as a good reminder to folks - don't be a dummy, dummy.

And it comes in handy at all the local Brewpubs too

Why not just use Distilled water for both the strike water and sparge water? If you've got the ability to make salt and mineral additions, why not do it to the entire water profile?

I've been using Bru'unwater for awhile and once you play around with it a little, it gets much simpler to understand...and it's extremely trustworthy.
