Was wondering if anyone has tried to use yeast that accumulated in their blow off container. Mine is in a container full of Star  san and figured it may not be a good idea to try to grow it..

I just made mine w a nice CPVC manifold, sparge arm and ball valve. Found a 70qt Igloo for $25 at a Big Lots. It's one of those cube shaped jobys but, the manifold sucks everything up.. I didn't go over $85 including modding my old kettle.. about to sell it to a buddy already though cuz I saw a 150 qt for $75..

I just made a Stone Ruination cloneand forgot to measure the DME. Pitched 3lbs instead of 2, will that increase the ABV?
