Yeast and Fermentation / Lacto Fermentation Question

I made a lacto starter with Wyeast 5335 on Tuesday and kept at 90 degrees.  I never saw any activity in the flask.  Saturday I pitched it into a Gose.  24 hrs later there is no activity in the carboy.  Is my lacto dead?  Should I repitch it?

Kegging and Bottling / Requirement to clean/sanitize new tap

Kegging for the first time.  What do I need to do to clean/sanitize the beer line and tap for first use?  I have a BLC pump kit, PBW, and StarSan.  Just not sure what I really need to do with this new equipment.


If anyone is looking to sell a ticket I will buy it.  Please let me know.
