I would eliminate any chlorine in your cleaning/sanitizing process and stick with just starsan solution for sanitizing. Boiling your water should drive off the chlorine and/or campden tabs will work too. I would also consider using distilled and/or bottled water if you continue to have a problem, but you need to determine the source of your problem by eliminating one variable at a time.

I use Beersmith and love it. I've tried Promash and prefer Beersmith. I think it's easier to use and has better options. JM2CW.  8)

I was wondering if anyone had ever tried or thought about trying to make a beer using black walnuts with sour cherries. I was thinking a Northern English Brown Ale with toasted Black walnuts and sour cherries into the secondary.   :-\

I love his book, How To Brew, and enjoy listening to him on The Brewing Network's Brew Strong.

Great book!

Man, as much as I love DBT, that would make for some sad beer drinking!

For me it's a tossup between Mofro and Galactic. Ok, really it's a tossup between just about everything on my ipod

I really like Mofro...southern soul at it's best!

Who ever said I was wearing pants again?  :-\

Weaz are you posting pantless again? That's a PWP violation. And I know you are not eligible for the first offenders program.

You can get the Stainless Steel water supply lines from HD or Lowes...

and cut the ends off with a hack saw...

then pull out the inner liner very carefully as not to kink the braid...I use a pair of needle nose pliers to grab the inner liner.

Here's some musicians that cut their teeth in my home state of Delaware. I share the stage with the great Hank Carter from time to time. George and the Boys doing it up with "One Bourbon, One Scotch and One Beer".

I must give credit to the originator of this legendary song...John Lee Hooker.

What's your favorite Beer Drinking music?
