I keep kicking around the idea of cheese making. I guess the same way I tossed around beer making before I actually did it. Seems like a good plan for when I get to settled in Idaho. On thing I have not found on cheese making, does one have to wear pants while going about the process? :-\

Alright! Where is the "Android" version! I am ready to try it!

In the meantime, download Brewzor to it. It does a little bit.

Dude, I would freak at the sight of a Zombnado! It the Zombnado was shot at to stop it, the winds would throw any bullet of track. And don't even think of going near one with a chainsaw! You would be pulled into the "suck zone" the minute you got within head cutting off range.  You're only hope of surviving a Zombnado would be Chuck Norris somewhere in the tri-city area. End of story!!

In getting to move to Idaho, I decided I should get my CFC license. Worked with the stuff for 15 years now, but never had my green card. Took the practice test today. Before studying, I got 58% of 272 questions. So, hopefully a week or two of studying, I'll pass. Now I realized why I was ome schooled, and graduated early. I HATE books!!!

EDIT : title of topic changed, o sound less gay.  :-[

Nope. No exhaust. Being as it is in he basement to begin with, it is already cool down there, so it really does not throw off a lot of heat. Even if it did, it would not matter to me, since i'm only down there on brew day.

Dude!  It's a plan! I already got a start on ya, I'm pantless right now!

As far as the 5 hour drive, you sure got that right. Anything within 8 hours seems close.  ::)

Gonna use a Love controller for the room temp?

Probably a digital thermostat that I have laying around the house doing nothing.

Let me know if you need any parts, or a diagram to do it. his is exactly how I controll my fermentation chamber.
