That jambalaya looks good!  A nice filet is always good.  Salmon.  Lobster.   Lobster and Filet.

To impress, cook wearing those boxers, t-shirt, and the Harley boots!

You guys know me, I do everything pantless. I had planned on lobster tail and filet mjngont. Surf and turf meal. I'll definitely do the jambalaya. Thanks.

Just a shame all my gear is in Idaho and I have to start over.
I think I'm finally living the life again, and I'm getting back to my old Weaze  self.  8)

Great news weeze.  Welcome back!

Tell me you didn't leave Marilyn behind too?!

Marilyn, Harley, and everything else I own.

This is one of those things that's funny as hell unless it happens to you !    ;D

I laughed my ass off the whole three miles. She felt terrible for me though, and couldn't laugh. Now that's a good friend!

Been in my new place just a few days now. Last night, I had to walk out to the garage to grab something. Just ran out real quick, so I didn't dress for it. Go to get back in only to discover I had locked myself out. And my phone was also inside. So, in 20 degree weather, I had to make a three mile trek down a busy state route in my boxers, a t-shirt, and my Harley Davidson biker boots to get to my friends house to have drive me back over an let me in with the key I gave her. Long story short, I now have another spare hid outside, and I'm still waiting for my second ball to drop back down after hiding from the cold.

Been a long time since I've really had a nice kitchen to cook in and my new pad has a killer kitchen! I'm excited to get back to it, but it's been a while. I'd like to make a few special meals for my friend who's done a lot helping me get my place set up. Weds night I made a killer shrimp pasta with a white wine cream sauce that Cappozoli gave me here some time ago. Turned out awesome! I need a few more good ones to say thanks, and maybe impress a little.  ;)

Finally, found a bachelor pad!! My friend texted me Thursday about it, I looked it Friday, paid the first month and deposite Saturday, and moved in Sunday. Nice one bedroom. Lower level of an old house. It's a very nice place HUGE rooms. Best part, I have a kick a$$ mud room to turn into my brewry!! Just a shame all my gear is in Idaho and I have to start over.
My friend has totally hooked me up helping me get set up. Monday, she went shopping for me and bought all kinds of household stuff for me that I will need and brought me over dinner.  Tuesday, she shampooed my carpets, put down some rugs, hung new manly curtains in the kitchen and cleaned it top to bottom for me, took my laundry home and washed it, and today she went to pick out paint for me! I think I'm finally living the life again, and I'm getting back to my old Weaze  self.  8)

Well, here goes.....
I'm doing awesome now. In fact, I can't tell you the last time I felt this good. Some major changes in my life as of late though. Fist off, I'm not with Holly anymore. I will not go into detail, but I have been absolutly miserable for 7or 8 years. I finally reached a plalce in my life and my head where I had to do something about it. And, obviously, I'm sure, I am back living in Ohio
Other huge news.... I start a new job Monday. It's amazing! I'm still in HVAC but no longer installing. I'm outside sales rep for an HVAC wholesaler called Webb Supply. We deaal in Ruud and Ducane for residential, and Allied on the commercial end. We handle anything from rooftop units, to wire ties. In fact, we just set up a brewery in New Hampshire with a steam boiler. I get a very good flat salary, and my commision is nothing to sneeze at. I have a very substantial vehicle allowance each month, cell phone, laptop and tablet, 401k, insurance, vacation, gas card and expense acct. It's going to be a real challenge. But, at this point in my life I need that . I wasas far as I could /wanted to go with innstalls. Cool thing is, these guys came to me. THey said when the position opened up, I was the first person they thought of to fill it.  It's not going to be easy. I have a lot to learn, but the money will be well worth it.
No brewing for me for a while. #1 all my brew gear is in Idaho. And #2  with this new job, there will simply be no time. Hell, I'll be good to drink a beer let alonne brew one.
So, all in all, I'm good. Real good. Thank you all for the well wishes!

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. My meds have really kicked in. I'm a new person now! I really don't even remember ever feeling this good. Ms. Weaze claims she she doesn't know me either. Thus, the weirdness. This being a public forum, I'll just leave it at that. I'm doing great, just have to get back to brewing. I did win us a new home brew convert. Dude jumped head first in and his first batch was AG. An IIPA. I was so proud! I'm headed back to Ohio Tuesday, length of time to be determined. Hope to get a small brewery set up out there again, or at least use my buddies who just started. So, yeah, life is all good. Hope to be posting more soon.
