Thanx JT, I have one keg, and one only...for now. It was definitely easier than bottling. The brew is my Mt. Hood IPA/APA for the Bloat meeting on the 20th. A little early but I will be out of town the 6th through the 15 and wanted to make sure I was ready. How is your version coming along?

Ingredients / Re: Pilsner Mail for an IPA?

I agree. My all pilsner malt pilsner has been done with 60&90 minute boils and I have not had any issues with the 60 minute version. Not going back to 90 except for something really high gravity

All Grain Brewing / Re: My water report

I didn't even notice the iron :D

The Mg is quite high (for every style), as is the sulfate (but not inappropriate for every style).  Sodium is at an upper limit, and bicarb/alk is quite high.  Overall, I'd suggest to keep using distilled or RO.  You may be able to use about 25% well water diluted with distilled to get down to reasonable levels.  At least that my novice opinion.
Here's another vote for too much Mg, use RO or distilled

I agree.

This is part of their "Beers Across the World" collaboration.  I highly recommend you buy the somewhat expensive twelve pack, which includes a beer from each of twelve colabs.
Jeffy, I just picked up a case of this in case I really like one of them. Which have been your favorites so far? I have not opened any yet, so just curious
You pick this up at Jungle Jim's, Frank?

"If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world."
No JT, picked up closer to home at White's in Aurora. Last 2 12packs

Edit: and that's the last of the collabs 12 packs, not twelves of East v West
