Build a cheap mash tun and brew a few 2.5 gallon batches with the equipment you already have.  Add the rest of the equipment as you have the money to get to 5+ gallons.

Best brewing related decision I ever made.

Haven't had a gueuze that I liked yet but I do like most other sours and lambics.

I can drink lite lager occasionally but I'll never brew any.

Made this today with my first water adjustment.  Added some chalk and baking soda to get the RA in the proper range for a stout.  Got a nasty stuck runoff and sparge but somehow I ended up with 86% efficiency :o

Now I'm enjoying a fresh Hopslam...delicious!!!

I've heard they use a good portion of victory malt in those beers.  Also, toasting some of the two row will help bring out that toasty/biscuity flavor even more.

Here is a link to a clone that is supposed to be very close (haven't brewed it myself).

I might catch some flack for this but...

I think Busch tastes sweeter than Bud for this very reason.  Corn is used in Busch and rice in Bud.  I can't really detect a corny character in Busch but it's definitely sweeter and I actually prefer it to Bud on occasion.  Not that I drink either a ton but once and awhile both taste all right to me.

Just my 0.02.

what % of your gravity do you want to get from your malt, as much as possible?

Yes, I would mash as much as your setup will allow.  Do you use any software to calculate OG?  I would go with 50-60% efficiency for a mini mash.
