And I have actually brewed that recipe, thanks dennyIf you could have the recipe for one commercial beer which beer would it be and why?
I'd choose the original Schlitz beer before the recipe was "lost" during the disastrous recipe and process changes made in the early 70's.
I actually have that recipe.
Now let me tell you about Wisconsin. 6 month winter then hot in summer and road construction. I think this is a great place to retire.Or you could live in Nebraska we have two seasons here. Winter and the 4th of july
Buck naked, your entire wardrobe in the trunk of your car, and ready for anything. If a lady came to my brewery buck naked she would immediately get the job.
Yea, you should see mine. We've only been open about 1. Month and I swear every day the hair gets whiter and whiter.Looks a little thinner, too. Brewing is good exercise.
I thought that also.
Showed the picture to Susan and pointed out the grey and thinner body, she said those 2 probably go hand in hand when you open a brewery.
Its a Culligan under the kitchen sink system. I have to start drawing water out of it the day before brew day because I only have a 3 gallon pressure tank. I usually end up setting my phone to beep every 40 minutes so I can go draw another gallon off. That gives it recharge time so that the pressure is good when I do.

We are going to use RO for our commercial brewery, 10. Bbl. and will have to collect about 500. Gallon. That's going to take awhile.
