Bottling an oatmeal stout, doctored with cocoa nib essence and a cold extract of high-quality coffee. Should I go for a hat trick and add some vanilla?

In support of "Occupy my back yard," I'm firing up a Black Friday Black Porter based off Papaizan's all-grain recipe.
This is grain, which any fool can use to make bread.  God, however, intended for it a higher purpose - Beer!

Did a Cali Common day before yesterday, racking an amber lager to secondary to lager today and re-pitching the yeast into another amber lager that's about to get brewed.

Kegging a second round of California Ale.  Liked round #1 but was hazy.  It was my first dry hopping experiment with plenty of Cascade.  Really like the citrus flavors that came out.  I plan to use gelatin on round #2 (first time trying that).

Brewing a Sweet Stout.  Feel like something dark for the New Year.  Just pitched the starter an hour ago.
Cheers, y'all.

Brewed a Scottish 70/- on Friday, and a hefeweizen on Sunday.  On Saturday I mashed some 2-row and canned ten quarts of starter wort.

Got my weissbier brewed yesterday (Monday).  3068 is chugging along at 62°F sixteen hours after pitching a 1.5-L starter.

I have a yeast cake of Staropramen yeast out in the garage, under a pils that looks to be done.  I am starting to think Czech Dark or Munich Dunkel.....or a Helles Bock. What to brew, what to brew....
